The rates for 2008 are as follows
Weekly Rates Lets run from Saturday to Saturday.
The following prices are per week.
- Peak Season (July and August; Spring, Summer and Autumn half terms) £850
- High Season (Christmas, New Year, Easter) £1250
- Mid Season (April, May, June, September, October) £650
- Low Season (rest of year) £550
Availability Precise dates and prices on request.
- Most school holiday rates are at Peak Season prices.
- Additionally, if the party size is greater than 6, add £50 per extra person per week.We are willing to negotiate lower rates for low occupancy booked at relatively short notice.
- Rates include heating, linen, two towels per person, bath mats and dish cloths.
- Rates exclude electricity which is deducted from the deposit and the end of your stay.

- No pets.
- No smoking in house.
- Maximum of 8 people (including children) staying in house; normally maximum of 6 adults.
- Groups of skiers are welcome even though the house is predominantly laid out for family use.Please contact us to discuss arrangements.
- We may choose to adjust the deposit and/or limit occupancy if you sound very wild!
- When the booking is made a deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable; this will be repaid within 14 days of the end of the rental period, less any costs for breakages, repairs or extra cleaning.
- The full rental payment is due 12 weeks before the entry date. At this stage you will have paid the full rental amount plus the returnable 25% deposit.
- If you cancel after paying the full rental, any refund will be at our discretion, largely dependent on whether we have been able to rent the house for that period.
- We ask you to leave the house as clean and tidy, failure to do so will incur an additional £50 cleaning charge.
- Exit and entry times are fixed to allow for extra cleaning in between lets.
- You are expected to vacate the house by 11am on the day of departure.
- You will be able to enter the house around 4pm although you can drop luggage off before this.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the house without refund.
