The rates for 2010 are as follows

The following prices are per week and subject to change:
- 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th July, 6th and 13th August £750 per week
- 20th & 27th August £750 per week
- 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th September and 1st October £600 per week
- 8th, 15th, 22nd October £650 per week
- 29th October, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th November and 3rd, 10th December £550 per week
- Wednesday 22nd – 29th December (Xmas week) £1,100 per week
- 29th – 5th January (New Year week) £1,100 per week
- All other dates at request.
Availability Precise dates and prices on request.
- Most school holiday rates are at Peak Season prices.
- Additionally, if the party size is greater than 6, add £50 per extra person per week.We are willing to negotiate lower rates for low occupancy booked at relatively short notice.
- Rates include heating, linen, two towels per person, bath mats and dish cloths.
- Rates exclude electricity which is deducted from the deposit and the end of your stay.

- No pets.
- No smoking in house.
- Maximum of 8 people (including children) staying in house; normally maximum of 6 adults.
- Groups of skiers are welcome even though the house is predominantly laid out for family use.Please contact us to discuss arrangements.
- We may choose to adjust the deposit and/or limit occupancy if you sound very wild!
- When the booking is made a deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable; this will be repaid within 14 days of the end of the rental period, less any costs for breakages, repairs or extra cleaning.
- The full rental payment is due 12 weeks before the entry date. At this stage you will have paid the full rental amount plus the returnable 25% deposit.
- If you cancel after paying the full rental, any refund will be at our discretion, largely dependent on whether we have been able to rent the house for that period.
- We ask you to leave the house as clean and tidy, failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning charge.
- Exit and entry times are fixed to allow for extra cleaning in between lets.
- You are expected to vacate the house by 11am on the day of departure.
- You will be able to enter the house around 4pm although you can drop luggage off before this.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the house without refund.
